Offering something for everyone, from fairground fantasy to whimsical French chateau, Dunford House has been recently renovated and remodelled specifically for photographic stills and film. Featuring one-of-kind props and original features throughout, period charm and rustic romance oozes from the walls while yet-to-be renovated parts of the house provide a wonderful blank canvas.

With 52 acres of wild woodland, roaming open fields and far-reaching views across the South Downs, Dunford House offers a multitude of options for shooting outdoors. Running through the woods is a winding, shallow stream and nestled next to it is a romantic fire pit area.

A truly versatile and unique location, Dunford House is easily accessed via the A3 from London and offers ample parking for crew and production vehicles. There is also a well-appointed kitchen on site.
